opt-out of sharing data for training AI models

  1. open Pinterest on a computer

  2. click the More options icon at the bottom left of the screen

  3. click Settings

  4. select Privacy and data

  5. check or uncheck the boxes next to Use your data to train Pinterest Canvas

  6. click Save

see fewer AI Pins

Pinterest does not alow you to disable AI pins completely, but you can signal that you want to see less of it.

  1. click or tap on the … at the bottom right of a Pin when viewed in the feed.

  2. select the see fewer AI Pins option

  1. log in to your Pinterest account on a computer

  2. click the cog wheel at the bottom left of your screen

  3. select Refine your recommendations

  4. click on the AI content or Activity tabs to refine your recommendations
